Audit 4.0 consists of several steps, presented in a report that contains the following main deliverables:

- The digital maturity assessment
- A digital plan
- An action plan
- A functional and financial analysis of potential solutions targeted
- The selection of digital solutions that meet the priority projects of the digital plan
